I’m looking at courses and groups for meditation and exercise. I have arthritis so most yoga classes are out unfortunately. Maybe Tai Chi? Is that gentler than yoga?

This links in with my goal to “control my daydreaming” (and “be a jedi” lol). I hope to control my daydreaming and general inattentiveness through meditation and mindfulness. It’s going to be hard I know, meditation is always difficult for beginners anyway but when you have ADD, it seems like an almost impossible task.

I’m following the course with The Meditation Society of Australia, which is available as a podcast (yay!) Wish me luck!
