I did not know there was such a thing, but it totally makes sense. Part of the reason my teeth are such a mess is because I’ve been without dental insurance for the last many years. So, I finally got insurance, and discovered that it still barely pays for anything! Even when I had insurance, I really couldn’t afford to get all the work done that I need.
So, since I’m preparing to live in Spain, I looked up what dental care is like in Europe and discovered this phrase “dental tourism” for people who travel to places like Mexico or Budapest or Thailand for cheap dental surgeries. I guess it’s similar to what people do for plastic surgery…
anyways. it’s an interesting idea.

a mess I’ve left in my mouth for WAAAAYYY too long.
Not only are my teeth a little yellow, I’ve got fangs, cavities, and even a missing tooth.
I am terrified of the dentist, and I now have no insurance (although when I did it really didn’t cover much.) But I realize I need to get this stuff fixed ASAP. I’m definitely a little embarrassed about my smile, and that is noo good!
so I found this guy. Everyone wrote amazing reviews about him. It may have to wait until I get a job/ Get back from Spain…But I must get my teeth fixed soon…
