At first my body didn’t like eating so early in the morning, but as I got more and more used to eating breakfast in the morning, it was almost required. I had a lot more energy throughout the day, and found that my running and studying had also gotten better.

You know, I’m not doing so well lol.
I have to actually think about eating breakfast in the morning, otherwise, I just hurry up and get ready for work/class and head out the door. I’m just not that hungry in the mornings.
Haha, maybe I’ll have to put annoying note cards with the goals I’m trying to remember to do, around the house :S.

Been doing well so far… I think if I keep this up I’ll mark this down as complete in a month.
So far, I have seen a huge difference in the amount of energy I have throughout the day, and my appetite has been much smaller!

Well, I’m currently training for a marathon, so having a balanced diet is very important. I hate eating breakfast, so its a slow process for me. But I’m doing it, and haven’t failed so far…
