A Start?

Okay. After months of having this on my # Things list, I have really yet to do anything towards it and the other day I read an article, or maybe just a tip, about how you should start doing push-ups on the stairs. Once you get strength you gradually move down stairs to hold more of your own weight…so I started on the tallest step today.
I don’t know if I want to learn my right or left, so I tried it a few times on both. I managed 4 on my left and two on my right. Maybe this is progress? Ay.
