learn to fence

don’t know why i don’t. lessons are offered at two places, equipment provided on weekends. i should i really should. hmmm. didn’t i set a buzzer to remind me by some embarassing defacto that never came to pass months ago? besides if i like it my own equipment isn’t going to break the bank and i think i have enough eye hand cordination to advance fairly quickly, and if not it would be great to have a challenge that taxes me physically. so we shall see… is all im sayin for now.

looks from side to side… did i say that? must of been the wind. i think sharp pointy objects are cool, and swinging them at people with the very real intention of impaling them… huffs who wouldn’t think that is some good clean fun?
effort? willing to do. funds… that’s a different matter… but im getting there. as to dedication, i can very easily become obsessed… im already a knife and sword collector… so its just one more step actually learning to play with my little toys.
i want to learn a lot of different styles too… not just the prissy stuff. i mean the swashbucklin nasty too. form and grace are cool, but in a fight i don’t want to show good style i want to beat the shit out of the person, i want to win, i want to survive.
and come on how cool would it be?
