Because I work four-day weeks/weekends, effectively July is done for me as far as work days. Looking at my calendar I pretty much achieved this at a level of 50%. August, here I come!

As of this morning I’ve shaved my time down from 45 minutes to just under a half hour! Part of this is due to conditioning, yes, but I also have to credit having a fully-inflated back tire. No wonder I felt like death last week!
Can I get a d’oh?
OK, I’m going to have to modify this goal a bit, because at 10+ miles round trip each day and my more-than-sylphlike-weight doing this every day isn’t quite possible. I’m still on track as long as I say “every other day” giving my poor sore muscles a day of rest in between. The hills between work and home are a bit too much!
That said, it does get easier each time, so maybe by the end of the month it WILL be a daily event!
