ok, i’m going to start reporting weekly now. i’m going to run 6 days a week and give myself either friday or sunday to rest. i feel so good today, it gets easier and i work harder every time!

good improvement – no incline, a lot cooler. i think i’ll stay away from incline for now so it’ll be accurate.

wow that’s really up from last time, that’s kind of sad. i’m wondering if it’s because of the incline and because it was really hot today? at least i went for longer (30 minutes instead of 20)!
