almost there but not really 2 years ago

i’ve set a date late this month that i’ll go into the dmv and take the written test. i’m taking a day off work to pull this off, so i have to nail it. i’ve got the book but i can look at it online—and take sample tests, to brush up on what i think i know.

setting the date pushed me to action, just like that.

this seems to be a matter of paperwork. filling out the proper forms with the right amount of id and standing in line long enough to make it happen.
