This is a new goal for me…I used to have ‘exercise 25 days a month’ on my list, but after trying that for months, I realized how ridiculous it is. Maybe one day I will be someone who can work out that much, but now I need to just get in the habit of working out more regularly.
I have mandatory work outs on Wednesday and Fridays, so I just have to find two other times in the week I can work out. This week I worked out on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. So one week down.
