Went to bed at 10:30PM last night. So unlike me. But, I will admit something… I do not have a computer right now!!! So there was nothing to waste my time on and stay up for LOL!
I am desperately trying to create a habit of this. I am wanting to live an AWESOME life this semester and that means I need to study in the day time, not the night time.
My goal is to be in bed at 11pm and wake up at 8am.
Went to bed at midnight last night and woke up at 6. Kept coming in and out of sleep and left the house by 8 am so I am proud. Earlier than usual by like 2 hours hahaha
HAHAHAHA not happening today. And it is all my fault. Procrastinated for several hours. Good job. =_=
I am not too focused on this since it is summer time and I can do whatever I want, but during the school year, I have been trying to do this. It is really important. If I don’t stay up late studying I am less stressed. If I wake up early, I get things done faster and feel great.
In college it is hard since everyone is staying up late being young and what not lol!!! I can enjoy my youth but also enjoy going to school and feeling healthy and alive!!!
