1. Hairfinity
2. Garlic pills
3. Excercise
4. Scalp injections on edges
5. castor oil on edges
6. vaginal cream for hair growht (it WORKS)
7. looser hair styles
8. Protein and conditioning treatments
9. all natural beauty products
10. Putting a bunch of conditioner in my chemical relaxer was one of the best decisions I ever made regarding my hair.

So, I have a weave in and I think this will be the last time I wear a sew-in weave for a while. Because the cornrows pull tight. And I realised that if I were going to get braids, I would said, Loose braids and do everything I could to make sure they weren’t as tight as most people wear them because that PULLS hair out. So why aren’t I concerned about corn rows?
This time, they AREN’T as tight as they usually are, thank goodness, but it is still irritating. Also, the PULL from the thread hurt and is irritating. Also, I notice that last time, when I removed my weave, my hair felt thinner and I shed a lot.
Soo… I am going to really dedicate myself to the garlic pills to help reduce shedding and I am trying to loose this weave. I think I will wash it every day until its looser.

1. Hair vitamins with Vit. A, Vit. D, Calcium, LOTS of B vitamins… (folic acid, biotin, etc.) and Garlic to prevent shedding
2. Proper use of chemicals
3. MOISTURISE MOISTURISE MOISTURISE
4. Weekly wash, deep condition and protein
5. Silk scarf around my hair every night
6. Protective hair styles such as wigs, weaves, and braids.

A beauty blog
I have been keeping up with a beauty blog to track my progress.
http://blaquebeautyblog.blogspot.com/
I haven’t decorated it yet or anything. Don’t have time right now, but will get on that soon. Hopefully, this weekend.
So far, the biggest thing I’ve learned is to wash and deep condition weekly, how to PROPERLY relax my hair, and moisture, moisture, moisture. Experiment with natural and store products and see what works for you!

I’m trying to be more natural. I am extending my hair perms. Right now, my hair is in braids. I try to:
- wash and deep condition the hair every 2 weeks. (I am using Mane n Tail)
- Use MN 2% (and now megatek) on scalp
- Use ORS temple balm
- Spray leave in conditioner in braids
- Oil braids/grease braids
When I remove the braids, I bought something called Diva Smooth that will allow me to flat iron my natural hair very well.

No More Pills

I’m not taking them anymore. They don’t work. However, Sulfur 8, Megatek and maybe MN does.

I ordered megatek.
I am going to take 2 biotin pills a day just because I want to finish the bottle.
I am not taking MSM anymore. At least not for a whie. Here’s my plan.
I want to finish my biotin and my ‘foot cream’ not hoping for results, but just because I want to be un-wasteful and finish them.
Then I will use megatek and take a b-complex vitamin.
