I’ve been making whatever I feel like and it’s helped me get off having the same thing every day. And yes, that includes coffee. It’s just that there are so many ways to brew coffee, so many kinds of tea, so many wonderful things to experience that I see no need to settle on anything. So I’ve been just making whatever sounds good at the moment, whether it’s espresso, cappuccino, green tea, english tea, russian tea, yerba mate, press-pot coffee, drip, etc. Since I’ve been switching it up, I no longer have to have coffee. Now, I can have a day of only tea or mate and feel great. Not having the same thing everyday makes all of the drinks special and worth savoring for what they are! I choose to exclude nothing – a place for everything, everything in it’s place! If you have the same thing every day, how will you know if you really like it or if you’re just addicted to it. I guess this could be applied to a lot of things.
