I have a sketchbook but... 3 years ago

For some reason I’m scared to draw in it. I guess I feel like if I draw something there, it’s permanent and I can’t take it back, and if I mess up I’ll have wasted nice, thick expensive paper as opposed to printer paper/poster board, ect.
I can’t believe I’m actually afraid to do this…lol. I need to get over it and start drawing, but that’s easier said than done.
I’m such a wimp.
