I have been doing the Wii fit a lot. I think it may be a gateway into the world of exercise. It was really tough at first but now it seems easy so I might up the pace a bit. And I’ve lost 5lbs in 3 weeks doing it ;)

This is slowly getting better. I did The Fix dvd yesterday, yogalates the day before and i went swimming on sunday. I have also been taking Finn to the park more which gets me out and about. Hope to keep all this up.

I had a gym induction the other day and bought some tracksuit trousers. Baby steps!

I just bought some Bio Oil to reduce my stretch marks which I got while I was pregnant with my son. I was the size of a house, to be far. If My skin was still properly tight to my body I would look and feel so much better, because I do not feel I am really overweight. I look OK in clothes, it’s just when they have to come off….

I am still flabby :-(

It doesn’t bother me day to day but when I (very occasionally) undress infront of someone I just feel so disgusted and I don’t enjoy myself like i should.

I am wondering about an evening yoga class I can do while my son is with his dad. I used to do it, I can’t say I noticed much firming difference but I was young and firm(ish) anyway.



Exercise bike 21 months ago

I bought an exercise bike a few days ago to help me in this goal. I can just hop and off when I can, it seems a good way to get a bit more active anyway. I would join a gym but I know I would never go, so i am bringing the gym to me!



Exercise DVD 23 months ago

Yes, I dusted off the old DVD that I used to do and I did the toning up section yesterday. What surprised me is that it was much easier to do it than when I was 2 stone heavier (ok, that seems obvious). It surprised me because in every other way I don’t feel any different in my body to when I was bigger, it was the first comparable thing I have come across that has made me appreciate the effort I put in to lose the weight.

Also, I did the dvd a bit differently, I turned the sound off and put my own music on. I missed a few sit ups as I didn’t know what was coming next but I will know the routine off by heart again soon. It was much more enjoyable this way :D

I haven’t even made a start on this one yet, and as it gets colder outside I am even eating more and making everything worse. I would really like to have a firmer body by my birthday in 5 months so I had better start putting in a few good habits now.
