50 against the wall

Okay. I didn’t (or won’t) accomplish this goal in 2007 but 2008 is looking good. This morning, I did 50 push-ups against the wall. A woman in the military once suggested that I build up my ability to do those before moving to the floor. That’s how she learned. My goal is 100 on the wall. Reading someone else’s entry on how she’s learning to do this (though hers was worded military style push-ups), I saw that she was doing woman push-ups and gradually adding man-style. That will perhaps be my next steps, assuming I can’t go from 100 on the wall to 10 on the floor. Let the progress begin!
