lose weight, tone & strengthen my body..take on the world!!

I finally get it! Im losing weight slowly but its only because i have made a concious decision to have balance in my life and for a desire to feel healthy. im actually not weighing myself at all, all i am doing is following a healing diet to improve my allergies and asthma. I have noticed when u cut out sugars and preservaties how much more intuned u are with your own body and u only eat when hungry. also ive come to the conclusion that sugar seriosuly throws the emotions out of balance.

Summer is but a week away and i still cant get the motivation to attend the gym more than once a week, my goal is go 3 times this week and to eat a salad sandwich for lunch every day wholemeal bread with salad only no chesse or mayo. hopefully this helps a little!

ok so i joined a few weeks ago and i have lost 4 kilos without upping my exercise, i start that this week..so far its been pretty easy, except for that fact that its summer and people want to eat out alot, and the fact that my date bought me a box of chocolates last night, ive put them on a shelf i cant reach and out of sight, i missed a weigh in last week because i was at a music festival(another challenge for the diet) and i want to make sure i have at least lost a kilo if not 2 in the last 2 weeks. im going well and i know i can do it this way. going to gym every day is gonna be the hard part

oh my god seriously i was doing well with the fitness thing a few months ago but ive put on 4 kilos while away for work for a month. AHHH this is serious now, im joining weightwatches and hitting the gym hard this week and the next and the next and for forever.

i use to be alot fitter than i am now i want to go down at least 2 dress sizes and get some abs and tone my legs and thighs and i seriously need strengthing my arms and core do anyway not my legs, strong legs run in the family.
