As of yesterday morning, I’m down to 116. Yay! Soooo close to my goal! When I started this I was wearing an 8 in jeans. Yesterday I bought a pair of 5/6’s that are a little loose. I knew the 3/4’s wouldn’t fit, so I didn’t even try. But yay! And I’ve been eating just like I used to but without as much snacking & junk food. And I’ve been exercising more. :)

I just tried on a pair of jeans that haven’t fit me since college (I graduatd 3 years ago)... and they fit again! Yay!

So the whole no-beer & no-cheese fries thing went out the window. But I’ve been excercising & trying not to snack so much. When I weighed myself this morning my roommate’s scale said 120. I need to find my digital scale to get a more accurate reading. But the scale at the gym’s gone down a pound of two since I started working out. Yay! I’m getting there!



Starting today... 3 years ago

Starting today- no alcohol, no cheese fries, no fast food until I get to the weight I want to be at. Now that it’s not ridiculously hot out anymore I can walk every day on my lunch break. And now I have 2 hours of dance class a week. that should help… Ready? Set? Go!

As of right now, I weigh 123.5. The goal is 110-115.
