I just found out there’s a fitness center in the building I work in. So on my lunch break I’ve been going in & doing 20 minutes on the treadmill or eliptical (only walking, but it’s better then nothing), then doing crunches & stretching. And I’ve been going to the track with my roommate on the weekends. And we just got OnDemand & there’s an excercise channel with a bunch of dance workouts. I love to dance, so those are fun for me. Yay! I’ve been working out almost every day for like a month now. I’m so proud of myself! :)
