My Chase card is now paid off, so I can concentrate on eliminating this dental debt. I paid an extra $100 this month. I am tempted to pay more, but I want to rebuild my savings a little more, since we used quite a bit of it for a trip we just took to Maine. This should be done with in less than six months, barring any money crisis that pops up.
Exactly. Chase jacked my interest rate just as I was going to start focussing on this goal, so I’ve been concentrating efforts on paying that card off first.
Next month, it’ll be back below $1,000. Paying this sucker off is one of my 2009 resolutions.
