1 drink more water, consume less caffeine

2 wear less make up.. i hate caking on make up (foundation is the worst!) but i don’t have much of a choice as my jobs usually require it. and its such a downward spiral! makeup clogs pores, then it looks worse and i have to wear more next time.

3 and eat less crappy food. i used to be reasonably healthy, so now i better cut back on chocolate / fast food and save non-nutritious food for social/special occasions.
