I was reading this interesting article that I came across and was curious as to how others precieved it.
http://www.waldorfhomeschoolers.com/menstruation.htm
It is rather long, however it basically states that menstration is not natural and that you can healthily stop it from eating a Vegan / Raw food diet.
Does anyone have any experience with this? I am not sure if I would have the will power for this, but I find it fascinating.

An excerpt from this interesting article:
“Last month, the United Nations published a report on livestock and the environment with a stunning conclusion: “The livestock sector emerges as one of the top two or three most significant contributors to the most serious environmental problems, at every scale from local to global.”

My husband and I went to a Vegan restaurant here in Munich for New Years Eve. It is called Zerwirk and the food was out of this world amazing. It was a 5 course meal so we had a lot of variety. I took a photo of the dessert with their trade mark jumping deer in cinnamon. It also had kumkuats, pistachio, and marzipan ice.
If only I could cook like this being Vegan wouldn’t be tough.

I read today that FDA in America is going to ok the use of cloned animals to eat – does this make anyone else nervous?

With the way animals are treated for killing, the things they are fed, and now this?...

I thought this was quite interesting… now you understand why you are so brilliant and no longer want to eat meat!

is not exactly my best place to start a vegetarian life style, however that is my plan. Lately Germany has had many meat scandals scroll down here to read about it:(http://www.ciwf.org.uk/eatlessmeat/html/news.html)
People have been selling meat that has been frozen for 4+ years… I am talking over 50 tons of it.
Then I read about bacteria, things they feed animals, ways they slaughter animals, how much energy it takes to transport, how much healthier I would be as a vegetarian. This makes me rethink things. As of now I typically only eat chicken and fish, even with that I would like to cut back.
That website will seriously blow your mind. As I write this my husband just said ‘I would be hungry for some bacon right now’ (having no clue I am typing about being vegetarian.) Oh Bavarians they love their meat!
