52-53 Didn't get to 100 but October is done

I was not disciplined with this goal. Once work resumed I had far less time to do anything but I should have met the challenge just the same.

I will do better next time around.

I walked for an hour. I got into a race with a very fit 78 year old man. I had to chat him up at the end to make sure I won LOL!

48- Ten minute walk
49- Twenty-five minute walk at full speed home (with a heavy bag)
50- Fifty minutes of dancing



I lost count for about a week- bummer! Anyway 46, 47

47- Zumba 80 minutes.
