ran my first 5k last week (the baton rouge twilight classic). i finished it in 28:58. not a fast time but i was glad to have been around the middle of the pack.

i finished my second 5k today (the brec zoo run). i finished it in 28:28. thus i improved my time by 30 seconds.

now i get to move on to more and further runs.
