I’ve been doing two things in my journal. One is listing the things I’m grateful for and positive things that happened during the day. While I don’t really consider this journaling, it’s very helpful in keeping my focused on the positive things in life. Sometimes at the end of the day though, I don’t have time/energy to do number two, which is the actual journaling. So, I’ve been doing one or the other almost every day, just not both.

I’ve written for the past two nights. I find that I really like doing it once I get started. It’s a good way to wrap up the day and work through your thoughts.
I’ve really been doing much better with this. I’ve written for several days in a row. Hopefully, I can keep it up. Once I start doing it, I really like it. It’s just hard to get up the motivation to pick up the pen and open the journal sometimes. I’m not quite sure why.
I did finally write for real last night. I’m going to try to keep doing this at least 2-3 times per week. It really helps with self-reflection and is a cheap form of therapy.
I haven’t been really writing in my journal but I have been writing down my gratitudes most nights. Need to do actual writing though!
