make a scrapbook of memories to give to my niece when shes 18

I’ve got a few years to catch up on, but she’s only 4.
I want t create a big scrapbook of pictures/cards/memories\stories/gifts about my family and give it to my niece when she’s 18.
Mainly because we don’t live in the same own as her and don’t see her very often, so when she’s 18 she can look back and remember through pictures and things her memories ot just by word of mouth stories.
