Well, I was doing good with eatying breakfast everyday. And I was enjoying my emails I get from 43things.com I get reminding me of this daily task. But, I fell behind today. I skipped breakfast because I didn’t wake up until 12:30, ouch. I did feel kind of disconnected. You’d be surprised how food makes a difference when you eat it. Sometimes I get so engulfed in my work or school that I forget to eat. I feel the effects when I can’t concentrate anymore or I just fall asleep. I tend to get really, really grumpy when I don’t eat, so eating breakfast everyday is supposed to soothe my nerves and may even help me reach my other goal, ‘make new friends’.
Ok, tomorrow morning…EGGS!
