I’m going to go about this in a different way.

I’m going to start living my life more adventurously, which is going to, by necessity, make me more active and therefore healthier.

I checked on the Pilates class 3 years ago

And did one stretching show thingy on Fit TV.

This is a real block for me and I can’t seem to figure it out. I wish I had someone IRL who could help motivate me.

It’s another week, let’s (sigh) try this again. I promised my dietitian I would walk every day of Thanksgiving weekend, so I will. Also, weights 1x and yoga 1x and schedule 1 Pilates class. Do you think you can handle that, Rebecca? >:-(

I apparently need to start ver-r-r-r-y slowly 3 years ago

I have been active and fit and had great habits before; I do not know what my problem is as of late. I am a fit person trapped inside a lazy, depressed one. Every week my goals go unmet.

Anyway…

This week I pledge to
Call or visit Pilates studio to check out classes
Yoga 2x
Walk 2x
Weights 2x

If (when!) I do this, I will reward myself with a cute new workout outfit and/or a stability ball.

My goal this week 3 years ago

I didn’t meet my goals last week. I’m really self-sabotaging with these last 10-15 pounds. It was a sugarfest this weekend.

So my goal this week is to get a 30 day membership to a local gym of my choice TODAY and use it this week. I have 3.5 weeks to lose 8 pounds, or I will not have met my 6-month goal, and that will make me very sad indeed.

This week's fitness goals 3 years ago

1. To walk or do some other kind of activity that gets my heart rate up 3 times
2. To do yoga 3 times
3. To do my light-weight routine 3 times

I did one of each of the above this morning, so I have 2 more of each to do by Saturday.
