I added this goal like 4 days ago but I haven’t really practiced on it. I woke up late at weekends and yesterday also woke up late and forgot to smile when I got out of the bed. So this morning when I woke up I put on my glasses, went to the mirror, smiled to myself and said, “I like my hair. It’s a mess but at least it got a messy style lol.” “I like my smile. It’s so warm that it could light up a whole room.” “I like my body. It’s slim and beautiful.” Finally I could not help but burst out laughing. I felt like a prick lol. But it made me feel happy. I think if I do it every day I will love myself even more :)

The last few days I’ve been through some emotional hangovers. I cried at nights and started the next day with a sad face. It made my whole day unpleasant. It has to change. I’m not dealing with this constant sad feelings anymore.
I think it will light up my day if I start the day with a happy heart. We will see.
