write those letters and e-mails

Quite glad. I hadn’t written her a letter in years, and all of a sudden she asks me how I am. So I wrote a long one. Which is on its way. Woohoo!

My friend in South Africa is having a baby next month, and she hasn’t heard from me in ages, so I combined a virtual baby shower with a long expected letter and sent her and her husband a little parcel with some goodies for the baby.
I enclosed a short letter as well, but I feel that I need to write an e-mail to really update her in detail.

...many more to go. I have written and posted a long letter to my cousin who is quite down at the mo’. She wrote me a whole long story, and it was only fitting to reply at length. Which took me like 10 days. But this one is done, and I will get on to the next one on the week end, I hope.

I need to answer 2 letters, and 2 e-mails should go out to two others dear to me. All four of them should be written with much love and therefore I really have to make time for this.
