learn to cook simple pasta in tomato sauce

Tomato, bacon, onions, herbs, garlic , pasta

simple, beautiful, tasty :D

So here it is my newest goal :D

i LOVE food :P but have never really learnt how to cook the classics orgasmically well so i hope this will bring me knowledge, satisfaction, independence and confidence in the kitchen, after all EVERYONE has to eat, so EVERYONE has to be able to cook at some point lol

A few idea’s of recipies i will be looking into and perfecting;

1: Saussages and Mash, with onion gravy
2: Lasagne, with beschemel
3: Cottage Pie
4: Spagetti Bolonaise
5: Ceaser Salad
6: A chinese Chicken or Duck Dish ( sweet and sour ? )
7: Risotto (nice and Healthy :D)
8: Fresh Tomato Soup
9: Macaroni Chese
