i started training thai boxing with my husband. best workout ever, and really fun. my whole body hurts, but its so amazing. i think i might just train to fight.

i had my last child almost 2 years ago and worked hard to lose the weight. i then went through a program to become a certified corepower yoga instructor. then…....nothing. for 5 months nothing. my husband told me that im looking “softer” than i did a few months ago. i feel out of shape even though im not overweight.
time to get moving again. i began this week. better eating, yoga everyday. it wont be long until im buff again.
