I did fit into the jeans I couldnt fit into before I moved here, but I am still not happy with how flabby I feel. Going to try to start running again with the couch to 5k workout and doing push-ups, crunches, and walking to make myself feel better again.

Last week I started walking home from work and managed to go all week without junk food. Tonight I worked out in the gym in the hotel and I would feel alot better tonight if I hadnt eaten an entire foot-long sub for dinner. Tomorrow will be better, I will feel a little more comfortable here by myself. I am hoping to be able to return to a healthier lifestyle at the end of the week.

Today went a lot better than yesterday. Around three, when I started feeling hungry again I made a cup of barley tea and then before I know it it was 5 pm and I was just starting to get hungry. I had a handful of almonds and am now determined to be junk food free for 1 whole week.

this week has been sort of a disaster out of my hands. NG has been working late so we havent been eating until almost 9 everynight, and its just too late for me. By time I start cooking, Ive already eaten so much crap just trying to stave off hunger.
Tonight I ate a marshmallow egg and a granola bar on the way home, and then half a box of milk duds while I was cleaning out the closet (it was totally overwhelming). We went out for mexican and it was really good, but by the time we got there I was so hungry that I ate most of the chips before the food arrived. I did save half of my dinner for lunch, but the milk duds are contributing to a lump in my stomach that is just making it hurt.

This isnt going very well right now. Im not used to my job and am too tired when I get home to start running again. And, Im starving by 3 pm, which is leading me down the garden path of sugar overdose by means of milkduds and good and plenties which I have been stopping to buy on my way home.
Today I ate two marshmallow eggs while at my desk, walked from the Bart station. When I got home, I was good though, I drank a glass of water, had a couple of forkfuls of seaweed salad, and then some baby carrots.
I need to find a way to not be starving by three pm. Eating more at lunch doesnt seem to help. I wonder what will.

so close to completing this. My jeans fit around the waist again, but my thighs are still a little too fat for them to feel comfortable.

I squeezed back into a 28 today, although they are a little tight. My tummy isnt feeling right. I think the move and all the eating out (even though its been healthy since Ive been here) has it a little off kilter.

5 weeks of stress hasnt helped my cause. My jeans are too tight and Im really glad that I bought work jeans that were a little too big. I need to get into my other jeans and quick.
