Two weeks into the new game plan.
I feel stronger, but not strong enough.
I revamped how I eat at the beginning of last week, so Im hoping that eating more protein will help.
I need to be better about icing too after long workouts and about drinking more water throughout the day.

Busy week.
Monday kickboxing
Tuesday run with the weighted vest.
Wednesday power sculpt, kickboxing, step
Thursday and Friday rest
Saturday, 40 mile bike ride
Hoping to hit the gym and run tomorrow.
After a week off I’m back on track. I need to lose the ten pounds I gained when I went back on bc pills. And I need to get into the mind set that this is now for me and not for a job.
Took a power sculpt class tonight. If I had started it a couple of months ago, maybe I would have passed my PFT. It kicked my ass, I am going to be so sore tomorrow.
I have the ability to do this, I just need to focus.
Short term goal 1: stop eating junk food.
I dont know what happened, I am usually really good about this, or have been over the last few months until about 2 weeks ago when I fell off the wagon. No more pop-tarts!
Goal 2: Run every two days, rain or shine, around the lake.
Goal 3: find the motivation within myself to accomplish this
My running parachute came in the mail today. I am having a bad allergy day though with stuffiness and a bad sore throat. I am hoping today just to get a run in, and looking forward to feeling better so I can use the chute on Monday.
