Ive been stretching every day for more than a month and I am not any closer to a split than I was before I began. I know some people are just not flexible, and I think that I am one of them.

I am beginning to loosen up. I can now reach my toes when my legs are straight in front of me, and I can get my back leg all the way flat on the floor while my front is at a 90 degree angle. Much better than I used to be.
My hamstrings are soooooo tight!
