qualified 6, still haven't flashed 7 3 years ago

I just got 6 over the summer, wimpy, async and sync fountain. Still haven’t got 6 stilted cascade and 7 seems impossible. I’m still having a hard time flashing 5 with 2 claps. Any advice?
