Few people know that I used to get panic attacks and hives due to anxiety quite frequently during my freshman year of college. Over the course of the past four years, I have been practicing meditative techniques to calm myself down, in conjunction with therapy (for a short while). It works!

i have shown symptoms of hypochondria as far back as elementary school. i am now 19, premed at UCLA, and more of a hypochondriac than i have ever been. i had a panic attack back in january due to a nasty battle with accute hives (i seriously thought i had cancer due to the hives). i’ve always been insanely scared and anxious about cancer, auto-immune diseases (especially diabetes, hypothyroidism, lupus, etc), and all kinds of viri and bacteria. it’s ridiculous.
