I use quasi NLP style chronokinesis. I imagine my surrounding turn into black and white and every thing slows down except me, who is in full color and move fast. I breathe in “time element” from the surrounding and I notice that I move significantly faster than people around me. Sometimes I imagine the world slows down before I sleep, and I sleep less.
