At my last measurement I’m at about 19%. Could be 20% with measurement error. I look fit, but I could definitely trim up a little here and there. I’d like to be leaner mostly in my lower half. I feel so free when I’m thinner. My clothes fit better and it encourages me to eat well and maintain healthy habits.
Two years ago after my first detox I lost a lot of the bulky muscle I carry on my legs and glutes and a little around my waist and I felt awesome. I weigh quite a bit for my size because I’m muscular, so I’m not looking to change my weight much. I just want to be a little healthier and feel more like a teaspoon than a tablespoon.
My plan is to start out with the detox. Lots of healthy natural foods and nothing packaged. And get back into my steady exercise routine. Ideally 3 spin classes a week and 3 or 4 cardio intensive weight training sessions. I would also like to increase my yoga from 2 to 5 times a week and get more rest.
I’m giving myself 3 months to reach this goal.
