I only do this Monday through Friday. I just forget to jot things down on the weekend. And when I eat out…well good luck getting all the nutritional info on restaurant food. I guess I’ll keep this up a while longer though. 5 days out of the week isn’t SO bad.

I’ve been very good about writing down everything I eat. However, I don’t think that means I’m eating any healthier. So my pal Jody sent me her Weight Watchers info. I hear that WW is very useful for some people. I just don’t want to pay the money to join.

I’m going to try and stick to the Flex or Core plan…whichever is easiest.

I’ve been keeping a log for a week. I like this better than trying to stick to a rigid diet. I eat healthier just because I’ll feel guilty and won’t want to write down that I ate 3 Big Macs and a super biggie sized Coke. I feel so much better when I can write down I ate carrot sticks and an apple.
