I am halfway there… It has taken a long time, but I have still come this far. :D



Another 3 pounds gone! About time! 5 months ago

I have worked soooo hard to lose these three pounds. I kept gaining and losing the same 10 pounds and have finally gotten somewhere. :)

Almost to the halfway mark! I am so happy that I have made some progress on this, but I really need to step things up! I have been working on eating healthier, but I really need to start that exercising!!!

After months of going up and down, my weight has finally gone down another pound! I really need to start trying a little harder to make this goal happen!!

I’ve cut back on how much I have been eating again, and I have been eating a ton healthier. I haven’t had any soda for about a week, well, until tonight. I have been trying to get more active. I think it is working. I should have this goal finished by the end of January if I work really hard. Oh, and I plan to start working really hard. I am looking forward to marking this goal as COMPLETE!

I ended up not going vegetarian for right now. Long story, but to just sum up this past month, I have been lazy and still have lost weight. I have been eating less I guess. And a little healthier. So, I need to get back into working out and really watching what I eat, but at least that scale is moving!!



September 25th Weigh-in 15 months ago

I know I was going to wait a month to weigh myself, but I decided it would be good to weigh myself since I am starting a vegetarian diet. I want to see where I am after a month of being vegetarian. I want to see what kind of weight loss I experience with my current working out and a new vegetarian lifestyle. So, I may be starting my month over, but I am starting a fun experiment. I want to be able to tell people whether or not I lost more weight as a vegetarian or not. So, here I go…again.

Another long week of exercising and only 1 pound lost. Oh well. I am making progress and that is what matters. I am going to go a month without weighing myself, so we will see where I am in a month.



So, my scale was WAY off!!! 15 months ago

Start Weight: 255 lbs.
Current Weight: 254.5 lbs.
Weight lost: .5 lbs.
Pounds to lose: 49.5 lbs.

Yeah, so my scales at home have been weighing me really, really irregularly for the past few months. I can step on the scale and see one weight, step off the scale, step right back on and get a completely different weight. So, I decided that as soon as I got my YMCA membership, I would weigh at their scales, which are far more accurate. Well, I got my membership yesterday and weighed myself. I was 254.5 lbs. which means I have only lost .5 pounds instead of the 11 that I thought I had lost. I am majorly bummed out about this right now. Seriously, I am pissed, but I am going to use this to motivate me even more to lose this weight. I need to get it off anyway, so I am just going to have to work even harder. Wish me luck!

Start Weight: 255 lbs. (ugh…I still won’t accept it!)
Current Weight: 244 lbs.
Weight lost: 11 lbs.
Pounds to lose: 39 lbs.

So, it took me 20 days or so to lose 4 pounds, but I HAVE lost 4 pounds, which I am really proud of! I am so excited that I only have 39 more pounds left to lose to call this goal met! 11 pounds down and I am feelin’ fine!!!
