Untitled 11 months ago

So this morning when the alarm went off at 7:45 I hit snooze a few times and actually didn’t get out of bed till 8:45. Still better then what I would have done in the past but in my defense I didn’t get to sleep until 1. Tonight I will try for 11 and be up at 7:45 tomorrow. It’s a work in progress and even though I didn’t do as well as I planned I’m not discounting that I still did better then normal. On a positive note I did get a lot of work done today and kept the motivation going :-)

I heard that quote a little while ago and it stuck with me. I guess that is why I am doing this list now. My goal is to wake up every morning at 7:45, shower and be sitting at my desk ready to work by 8. Working from home makes it easy to hit the snooze button a couple times but that needs to stop. Everyday I will make a to do list that includes work and personal stuff too. There is no excuse for laziness and my self sabotage stops here :-)
