But aneways, tonight I made my first dish from this. I made Phad Thai….I sure do know how to make a mess in the kitchen.
I have to say that it was alright. I think I would have liked it to have been better. But I think this will help me become a better cook…because I am learning how to cook.
Ever since I completed my goal not to eat out and I did that for 39 days, I seem so much better into wanting to make my own food. I still eat out. But if I eat out twice in a row (having it one day then the next)...I feel guilty…coming from the girl who use to eat out three times a day.
But I think I can have fun with this.
And because I’m into organic stuff, I can do that as I please.
So I’ve gotten 1 recipe down…I think I’ll do spring rolls next to try and finish off my organic cilantro =p
