this is a very good website that keeps track of your weight loss and your food intake. it even grades you on your food choices. it’s all free. which is very nice. it gives you a target weight loss and tells you when you’ll reach your goal.

I just found out that it’s better to go and exercise before you eat a big meal. I mean sure, a small small snack beforehand, but not an actually meal. What happens is if you have a nice big meal before you exercise, that’s what you’ll burn off when you go to burn calories.
BUT
if you have a light snack and wait till you’re done working out, instead of burning off what you just ate, you burn fat calories in you body b/c there is nothing left to burn.
And that is a better way to lose weight.
=D

I dont think diets really work. I think it’s the lifestyle that needs to be changed. Wouldn’t you like to eat whatever you wanted but within modesty?
I use weight watchers that has this wonderful point system. I get 24 since I’m young (older get 22)
ppl should really check it out.
you can have the non diet foods and still lose weight as long as you dont go over your points, and it works.
Just get the books from weight watchers. they have a dinning out book and an eat at home book, giving you points for everything.
gee, i sound like an ad. but i just think ppl should know about this.
whenever i stop using it after a while, the weight comes back—like i have been doing. but the moment i get back on it, i lose just about a pound a day…prolly wont stay like that. wish it would.
my highest weight: 171 D= which is why i’m back on it.
