As well as regular gym i started kickboxercise and pilates classes.

i love the gym…and the endorphin high after a work out..why did i ever let my membership lapse?
paid 4 visits last week.
Been every day this week :)
i’m back to exercise. I’ve done 2 weeks of 5x exercise.
and blimey what a difference it’s made to my physique and energy levels. definitley worth doing!
2 lots of the cross trainer and a really long bike ride.
Will try to get back on track for this next week.
Started this morning with a 2 mile jog.
Need to upload more motivational music to my ipod.
Anyone have any ideas for music to jog to?
