I’ve come to realized a long time ago that people who go to bed early and wake up early have a longer day to finish their works. Not only that, they have time to finish their to do list and have more time to do other things that they enjoy doing.

Personally, I’m neither an early bird nor a late night owl. I’m kind of in between the two; however, I preferred to be an early bird more because that is how society functioning. I engaged into coffee to make my brain awake (I know…that’s a bad habit) but sometimes I have to do that to wake my mind at 8 a.m. for my classes.

Sometimes, a walk around the neighborhood or the dorm to feel the breeze would wake the brain up as well. But I don’t have the nerve to do that during these winter months.

I will try as best as I can to make it a habit!
