I’ve been putting this goal to work recently after several weeks of setback. I guess it depends on what part of the month or the year and the changes in the weather to make my body function easily. Why am i feel so old already? Sigh!



Oh my! this goal now seems like it needs some caffeine

Life is hard enough with the daily chore list.

I have tried my best to do things fast without thinking too much about them because I tend to overly analyze them. One thing I will incorporate to this goal is to exercise weekly to make myself moving faster…to do it and do it NOW.

This goal is difficult to accomplish and I very exhausted at the end of the day to complete this goal; however, at this point in my life. This goal is a must because life can be a living hell if I’m not keep going.



getting things done

It seems like I always have more chores, tasks to complete before I go to bed each night. The “TO DO LIST” doesn’t look any shorter by any chance. Life drags on and on and don’t give anyone a break….Although the place that I live isn’t as chaotic as New York City but you still have to rush through things quickly to finish your stuff, getting things done.

I want to make this new goal with the intention of increasing my speed of completing many tasks at hands. If I see something right in front of me that can be done in a short amount of time, then I would DO IT and DO IT NOW to get them over . This will help me not to think about them too much, or add them to my TO DO LIST for tomorrow . A few examples include: washing dishes, clean my bathroom, pick up trash, organize my working table, enhancing memorization of lecture by making note cards, or printing documents, etc.

Those are just a few small mindless tasks that can be done and have the potential to improve my life, or your life tremendously.

What can be done today need not to be done tomorrow … or the day after tomorrow.

I will try to do them , do them quick, and do them NOW.
