i may have urges but i cannot…hope i can make it

instead of pulling

i think i want to respect myself so much that i would not be able to inflict this degree of physical and emotional harm upon myself. I think i am confident (well in all other areas of my life atleast) I try to be balanced and I dont have alot of issues that would justify my behaviour. Perhaps i need to dig deeper… perhaps i just have to try harder…see myself will all my hair back again and live as if trich was not part of me, then perhaps it might just go away!!!!

past 3 days was ups n down n up n down
ill get thru this and so will all of us fighting this fight

the question is will i resist the temptation… how am i going to prepare if the urge comes knocking?
PLAN OF ACTION : call hidi, think about having my hair back! about going for that pretty haircut & feeling whole again.
It can only be worth it

I AM GOING TO BE PULL FREE FOR THE NEXT WEEK!!! BECAUSE I CAN AND WANT TO. I WANT TO BE BEAUTIFUL AGAIN.
