Although I’ve been slowly paying down my debt, I’ve also been in school and have only been working about 20-30 hours per week.
Now that I have graduated and start a new job on January 2nd, I anticipate being able to put a lot more money towards the debt. I hope to have it paid off within a few months, since the amount I owe has gotten relatively low.

I’m continuing to get rid of my debt and have stopped adding to it thanks to some of my other goals on this site.

I realized that I will make the last payment on my computer this week, and will now have more money to put toward the credit card.
However, I really need tires for my car.
Maybe I’ll buy tires in December and start putting extra towards the debt in January.

I know exactly what I have to do to pay this thing off quickly and with a lot less interest, but I keep having things come up that cause me to not be able to put as much money towards it as I would like.

I have two more payments on my laptop. After that, all my money that goes towards debt will go to my credit card.

I feel like this will take forever. I am working at it a little at a time.
I love being a grad student, but hate the fact that paying for school and only working 25 hours per week makes me broke.

I keep making little payments, enough to eventually get rid of the balance, but it may take a couple years. Sigh.

I wish I didn’t have it. At least I have a plan, which I am following and am slowly paying it off.

Scheduled a payment for $400. Thank you work for the bonus. I want this thing paid off, but I just don’t see it happening quickly. At least I now pay off anything I charge on any card each month. I try not to use them at all, and I always pay at least $300 towards any outstanding debt.

I just found out that later this month, I am getting a raise and a bonus.
I think with the bonus, I will pay a big chunk towards my debt, and then use smaller amounts for fun money and I will give away some of it too.
I will find out the raise percentage this week probably. Hopefully, it will be noticable in my check.
I have been working my butt off at work for a long time, and I guess they actually noticed.
