But I’m trying to de-clutter my list before the new year, and I feel like I’ll help however I can without this reminder on my list.

I noticed a lot of people have health related goals. One thing that helps me and has helped me in the past is to make small changes.

If you can’t eat perfectly all the time, at least eat more fruits and vegetables, or less sugar.

If you don’t have an hour a day to exercise, try 15 minutes, or walk somewhere you would normally drive.

If you want to lose weight, don’t focus on the whole amount, but try to lose a small amount in the next month.

Another thing that works for me in health related areas is to set small challenges for myself, and try to complete them. Like last December, I challenged myself to go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I put it on my list here, and I did it.

I hope either of these tips help people. I’m not perfect in these areas myself, but I use these techniques, and they help me to be more successful than I would be otherwise.
