The past week has been a complete blur and I’ve lost track of what I’ve eaten but I am making healthy choices so its all good. I probably have drunk too much on some occasions but it is freshers week and I’m doing regular exercise which is brill. I’ve lost a lot of weight and my jeans fit that were too tight before so I’m happy. Gonna go have some weetabix then lunch with a friend and then a sensible night at the su bar! I’m gonna mark this is done but it is an ongoing goal and if I fall off the wagon I’ll add it again. Good luck people x

So, I’ve had no sleep whatsoever. My brother got drunk and had an accident so I had to drive my mum to the hospital at 2am. Woke up about 11am. Had 2 weetabix with soya milk. Gonna do my whole workout dvd, not done it for 2 days. Bet I’m tired after. Post a bit later on todays progress. x
So today was a good day, had 2 weetabix with soya milk for breakfast for lunch I had hummous with veg crudites and a raspberry jelly and a peppermint tea and for dinner I think I’m gonna have a sweet potato with tuna. However I did have half a caramel sbd! Eek. x
2 slices of brown toast with marg and jam. Lunch was hummous with crudites and raspberry jelly. Drunk a lot of water. But my throat is still dry. Hmmpph. Gonna do the whole 50 minutes of my workout dvd and then have a bath; have my tea (which I haven’t decided what it is yet) And then meet my date in the pub. Excitement. Try not to drink too much tonight. Even though he probably will. I’ll keep you posted. Good luck peeps! x
For breakfast I had 2 weetabix with soya milk and a banana. For lunch I had a pear and then for dinner ham salad. I went the pub after work and had a handful of nuts and some crisps, swigged down with a vodka orange. And now I’m having a peppermint tea before I go bed. I only did 10 minutes of exerise today but I think I needed a rest so hey ho!
For breakfast I had 2 weetabix with soya milk and then a plain chicken sandwich with orange flavoured water for lunch. I finished work at 1.15pm so I went to do a bit of clothes shopping, well I’ve never been so depressed in my life. I tried on a pair of size 12 skinny jeans and they fit but my thighs look huge; the thing is my legs arent toned enough yet and my tummy isnt toned enough. I didnt buy them. I ended up walking round the shops getting really anxious and hot and didnt buy anything, Grhhh! When I finished work I decided to go food shopping at Tesco. Because there was no food in the house. I spent £30! Its not cheap this healthy lark! lol, worth it though. My food intake this week has been amazing. So controlled and I’ve got constant willpower. I wonder why? I bought quite a bit of food, salad, sweet potatoes, olives, chicken, tomatoes, tuna, etc. I did the full 50 minutes of cardio and toning on my workout dvd and I am exhausted. My legs can definately tell the difference they are so toned but are aching like mad. A question do squats and lunges bulk up your thighs? For dinner I had ham salad with allsorts in it. Was lovely. Another day another dollar… Good luck people x
For breakast I had 2 weetabix with soya milk, for lunch I had tomato soup mixed with tuna and bean salad. For dinner – 3 turkey drummers and a sweet potato. I did 50 minutes of exercise today. I felt amazing after it. I alwaya feel 100% better when I get it over with. My legs are so strong its unbelievable. Really toned. Need to work on my abs though. If I do my deadline by next sunday I will be so happy I’ll run down the street naked. No, not really! Ha, ha. x x x
So, for breakfast I had 2 slices of toast with marg and jam. Then a nacho chicken wrap – didn’t eat all of it though. Dunno why, just not hungry I guess. Just had half a banana, before I do my exercise dvd. Gonna do the whole hour, once my feet have stopped burning from the 9 hour shift at work. lol. Then I’m gonna have a sweet potato and tuna and veg medley. Yay! Good luck everyone.
Yesterday I did 25 minutes of cardio before work and I cant really remember what I ate because I went out on a date. I know I had chicken salad and then 2 bottles of cider, 4 cocktails and 2 tequila shots. I had a dodgy tummy this morning. I had 1 slice of brown toast and then for lunch I had salmon sandwich and low fat crisps. Then small bits of cake! After work I met my friends in starbucks and had a soya milk hot choc with peppermint syrup and then for tea I had chicken breast and a handful of chips. Lots of water today. Starting to feel better now. Back on track tomorrow.
Well, for breakfast I had: 2 weetabix with soya milk and then for lunch I had chicken sandwich with a berry smoothie. Also had small pieces of broken brownie, apple sbd and caramel sbd. Oh dear and half a choc croissant. I also dropped into the pub before I went home and had 2 double vodka oranges and a single vodka orange and shared a packet of crisps. It was nice to just chill with my manager and hacve a chat but I also have a night out with the barman of the pub we went into tomorrow night. And we’re going nandos for something to eat and then for a few drinks. Ok, a bad day but I did my entire dvd yesterday and I intend on doing it tomorrow before work. Then I can enjoy the night, I hope.
